We have written many times about the EverQuest massively multiplayer online role playing game.

The popular EverQuest MMORPG is celebrating it’s 11 year anniversary. Sony Online Entertainment is celebrating with many in-game events. SOE aquired the game in 1999. In 2004 the game reached over 430,000 players. The events will run from March 16, 2010 until April 26, 2010. There will be special missions, raids, groups, discounts (20-50 percent off), and prizes.

EverQuest III (EverQuest Next) is still in development. EverQuest can be purchased including all expansion packs for $2.50. EverQuest II is available for $39.99 or you can get the Everquest II: Collector’s Edition. The game offers a 14 day trial afterwhich a subscription or account key must be purchased.
