The Sims 3 has launched today. Electronic Arts has been heavily promoting the game and hopes for a successful launch. They were dealt somewhat of a seatback when the Sims 3 Torrent free download was discovered. This pirated version of the game quickly spread like wildfire. EA is promoting the game heavily on their web site and other sites via advertising including YouTube.
Soon EA Mobile will put the Sims 3 on iPhone or iPod Touch. It has not yet been announced when the game will be available for the iPhone or iPod touch.
