We just wrote at the beginning of March that Free Realms had reached 9 million registered users. Sony Online Entertainment has announced that they have now passed 10 million registered players. This is amazing considering that Free Realms launched on April 29, 2009 (yeah they were late into the night pushing it a day later than everyone claims).
President of Sony Online Entertainment John Smedley said ““Reaching 10 million registered players on the eve of Free Realms’ first birthday is an incredibly exciting event for SOE and our passionate online community..”. 15 new birthday quests will be added to celebrate the 1 year anniversary as well as cakes, rides, new pets, and more.
