Until recently only paid subscribers to RuneScape were able to post in the official forums. Now all high level free players with over 12,500,000 experience points (about Level 72) can post.
This means tens if not hundreds of thousands of new forum users. This is based on the estimate provided by Jagex Ltd that Runescape has over 130 million players. New posters must read the Forum Code of Conduct and follow all Rules.
