The Shadowbane MMORPG will be permanently shutting down on May 1, 2009. Shadowbane has been around for 6 years since March 2003 and was developed by Wolfpack Studios. It was available for the PC and Mac.

Shadowbane transitioned from a subscription based model to free to play in March of 2006 and then again to ad supported in March of 2007. Sadly the Shadowbane web site is shut down as well.

Shadowbane was one of the few MMOs at the time with a dynamic world where the world changed based on player actions.
