Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning now has well over 500,000 MMORPG player accounts. Mythic Entertainment announced that since the first week these incredible numbers have propelled WAR: Age of Reckoning into the fastest selling new MMO of all time (arguably).

I have written before about the popularity of Warhammer Online combared to World of Warcraft and it now appears that the proof is in the pudding. The subscription numbers pudding that is.
