We wrote before about the CrimeCraft open beta. Well the launch date is now here and THQ and Vogster Entertainment is offering CrimeCraft for purchase in BestBuy and other places and digital download for $49.95 which includes 2 months of the $9.99 monthly cost. Chrime Craft launched on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at 2pm PDT.

You can tell it just went live because the CrimeCraft web site is now down for maintenance.

Those who pre-ordered the game got in 3 days early. “The streets of CrimeCraft are ready to be filled with players anxious to leave their mark and earn leader board glory for themselves and their gangs.
