We have not been overly impressed with the Fallen Earth MMORPG although they have been working to improve things lately.
On thing that always needed some improvement was the graphics. In a recent patch the graphical detail of the terrain has been improved so that the intersecting planes did not disappear when viewed from close up. The resolution and quality of the textures has been improved. Other improvements to post processing, and dynamic lighting have also been made.
