Up to 150 players at a time (you do not need to be part of a guild or party as this is a public encounter) can fight the Demon Lord’s minions in Runes of Magic in one of the three phases in the Varanas Nightmare. Disappointingly the Demon Lord does not fight himself but just directs the combat and heals his minions. There is some great loot for any who can overcome this challenge.
