It has been awhile since we provided an update on the Darkfall Online Launch.

The launch went so poorly that we called it the Worst Executed Launch of an MMORPG Ever. Sales of copies have been limited and staggered. The server downtime continued.

Long Queue Wait Times in DarkFall MMORPG

Some players have been experiencing long queue times during peak gameplay times. The starting areas are particularly crowded. Darkfall should be upgrading their server cluster continually but it has been a slow process. Hardware failures and other problems have delayed the process and resulted in more downtime. A new patch was introduced to correct lag and sync problems and increase capacity.

In an attempt to get as many players in the game as possible, heavy scruitiny of gameplay has been happenning. This resulted in many bannings of any accounts violating the terms of service such as using 3rd party programs for exploit or macroing to increase skills.
