The Blue Mars free-to-play massively multiplayer online role playing game will be entering open beta on September 2, 2009. The Blue Mars MMORPG from Avatar Reality will launch the virtual world at 12:01 am HST said CEO Jim Sink. The free MMORPG is most frequently compared to Second Life. The graphics are supposed to be superior but there are no content creation tools included in the game itself. The lead game designer is Li-han Chen and the game will run on the PC using CryEngine 2.

I don’t get it, what is there to do in the game? Is it like Grand Theft Auto where you can live a normal life? Like, you can get a job, buy vehicles and such things like that?
Or is it just walk around and chat with people you don’t know for hours and hours? I’d rather have a roleplay game where you can get a job and live a normal life…
