Champions Online is another massively multiplayer online role playing game from Cryptic Studios featuring superheros. The MMORPG will be released both on the PC and on the Microsoft Xbox 360.

The best feature is the cross platform gameplay allowing those on Xbox 360 and those on the PC to play against and with each other in the Champions Online virtual world. Unfortunately the Xbox 360 will not be released at the same time but rather after the Spring 2009 launch on the PC.

The Cryptic Engine will be used for ChampionsOnline and there will be tons of customizations available for characters, combat, and more. No pricing for the game has been announced. 2K is no longer the publisher but Atari.
