Only one or two servers in Stockholm, Sweden will be online with only 10,000 copies available with 2,000 at a time starting on the following schedule:

1. July 20

2. August 3

3. August 17

4. August 31

5. September 14.

The montly subscription fee will be E 14.25.The Limited Special Edition for E 71.95 is no longer available and the E 54.94 Boxed version (which includes digital download) is available.
