I am really looking forward to the Star Trek Online MMO. It is being developed by Cryptic Studios (taking over for Perpetual Entertainment) and should appeal to any StarTrek fan.
Star Trek Online is expected to be available for the PC, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3. One of the really exciting features is that you will be able to create your own new race in addition to playing as the Federation, Klingons, Vulcan, Cardassian, Ferengi, or Borg among others.

This video was pretty cool. I really like the space battles and also the fire fights with ground troops. The graphics are really cool and I love the Borg cubes.
Star Trek: Online is also expected to have an in game galactic economy based on trade and items most likely in Federation Credits.
