We have written several times about the new Tera Online MMORPG. The Tera Online Closed Beta ran from August 22, 2009 until August 23, 2009. Information on this Korean MMORPG has been a little vague so imagine my surprise when I received the below email from them stating “Your destiny unfolds on September 16, 2009. Come and join the world of TERA: The Exiled Realm of Aborea. www.TERA-online.com The next generation MMO awaits!” and nothing else. See the image below:
Since there is no other information I must assume that this is the start of the TERA Open Beta. Stay tuned.

What starts in setember 16 is their new english website,
but possibly can be a close beta soon for us players

What annoys me is, i try to register and every time it says the security code is wrong… >.<
I even tried with upper and lower case typing…

Soulness, I had the same problem. It says to click on the pisture to refresh it, but the links dosen’t work. so you have to complit the registration, press F5 key, type your pass word very quikly in the retype gap…so go to security code, type it… and finish. I had to do it a LOT of times to work XD, and when i was fast enought…I got it =D good luck^^

TERA looks promising but I hope the hype doesn’t get the best of us. I’ve been through this before…AOC, WAR etc…
It should be interesting to see what happens. We also got SWTOR coming out too…
I am trying to gather all the videos for these mmo’s so if your interested or want to link to them check them out on leetstreams thanks!
