We have written before that Dungeons and Dragons Online was delayed for over a month. Well it might be even longer because Turbine has filed a lawsuit against Atari for breach of agreement. The legal battle includes previous versions of DDO back to 2006. The fight is over advertising, promotion, and millions of dollars. Turbine accuses Atari of attempting to terminate licensing and more. Turbine is after 30 million dollars in damages. Turbine is still planning on launching Dungeons and Dragons Online: Eberron Unlimited next week but I think that is highly unlikely.
