It was announced by VGChartz research that Halo 3 has sold over 10 million copies worldwide. Only 34 other titles have also achieved this accomplishment. This is the first time that an Xbox title has sold 10 million copies. There is a reason that Halo 3 made our list of the Top 10 FPS Games.
This is a tremendous achievement but it is no surprise that Halo3 reached the ten million mark given that 3.8 million sold in the first week alone. Check out the below high definition gameplay video. It is about 10 minutes long and includes footage from a team game with a lot of sniping.
